Pan seared salmon

Salmon with pearl couscous, charred broccoli, sun-dried tomato oil, shaved pecorino and toasted almonds. The Salmon is fresh and brought in whole. Chef Chris filets the salmon down after it is brought in to ensure the best quality and consistency. Everything that Table 20 produces, down to the sauces on each dish, is fresh and made from scratch!
