Saundretta D. Caldwell is a sixth grade English Language Arts Teacher for Rome City Schools. A former cheerleader and Fundraiser Coordinator for an organization in North Carolina, Guardian Angel Thrift—which raises funds to help find a cure for Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia; Saundretta has a passion for the families of those who suffer. She values her family. A mother of three, one in heaven and a seven and six year old, Saundretta is passionate about creating memories.
Saundretta is a member of UN Women and United Nations Association of Atlanta. She is a member of The Woman’s Club of Raleigh, North Carolina. She has a heart for empowering women locally and on a global level. Her move back to Rome, Georgia has been rewarding in many ways. Saundretta looks forward to supporting the Rome City Community through the “A Night to Remember,” fundraiser.
