A Mission to Serve
On Saturday September 22nd, Armuchee officially welcomed a new neighbor into their community when Las Palmas opened its doors at 3349 Martha Berry Highway. Romans are no strangers to the cuisine and atmosphere Las Palmas provides, but this new location allows the highway 27 pipeline north of Rome a convenient and stylish venue to enjoy all they have to offer.
It didn’t take time for customers to take notice and find their way through the doors and what they found was the consistency they expected from Las Palmas. It’s only been a few weeks and one with a hurricane disrupting everyone’s lives, but the response so far has been overwhelmingly positive.
“So far, people seem to really enjoy it, and had a great time,” says Marketing Director Glenn Bowman. That is exactly what we are here for—to serve not only great food but a full immersive atmosphere and an experience steeped in a long-standing tradition of excellence.
Game Time
With football season in full swing, Las Palmas Armuchee also offers those headed out to watch the Indians and Vikings play a great place to meet up pre- or post-game. The interior offers views of televisions with bar seating and the of course your favorite beer and wine is available to enjoy if you want to watch your favorite team.
Most importantly to the team at Las Palmas, this new location is a chance to engrain themselves in a new community, offering job opportunities and a place to come together for life’s most important moments.
“There are so many new developments and housing options in the area,” says Bowman. With all of that growth and our proximity to the Berry College campus, we couldn’t be more excited to be in Armuchee and look forward to being a community partner to those who live and thrive there.”
The Vibe
The customers are certainly enjoying their new neighbor so far.
“I come to Rome sometimes because my girlfriend lives here and we had the opportunity to eat at Las Palmas Armuchee,” says customer Gary Stewart. “It’s the best Mexican food east of the Mississipi.”
“Its a beautiful restaurant,” says Kay Brock. “Our food was wonderful and Maria, our server was great.”
So for those that haven’t made it by yet, get to the new Las Palmas Armuchee and enjoy a meal you won’t forget.
