Dr. Carney is a graduate of Shorter University and the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University and has been practicing in Rome for thirteen years. “That way, if there is something comprehensive that needs to be done, we have enough time to be able to form a treatment plan,” he explains. While he does offer same-day, in-office whitening, the consultation still needs to be made three months before to be sure that the bride gets exactly what she needs for her wedding day.
